SMALL SUM STOLEN.

THIEVES VISIT TEAROOMS. Last night thieves entered the Berkeley Tearooms, adjoining the Berkeley Theatre, Mission Bay, and stole about fI 10/ from a desk in the manager's office. The intruders forced a window but were unable to enter the theatre. The small amount stolen represented petty cash. No large sum is ever left in either the theatre or tearooms. Exit was made by the main door.
