In the Omaranui Highweight Handicap, the opening event of the Napier Park Racing Club's autumn meeting, Mieurina narrowly defeated Red Rufus. The weather is glorious, the track fast and the attendance excellent. Results:— OMARANUI HIGHWEIGHT HANDICAP of £100.
