Notice Is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Glen Eden Town Board held on the 31st day of January. 193 U. the following Resolutions were passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Board to be held on the 28th day of February, 1939. at 8 p.m. (1) UNDER NOXIOUS WEEDS ACT.—, In exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, the Glen Eden Town Board here'ov resolves and declares by way of Special Order that the plants mentioned in the schedule hereto (Qeing plants mentioned in the Second Schedule to the said Act) are noxious weeds within the Town District of Glen Eden. SCHEDULE: GORSE. HAKEA. (2) RESOLUTION MAKING BY-LAW.— In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Part XXXII. of the Municipal Corporations Act. 1933, the Glen Eden Town Board hereby makes by way of Special Order a By-law under the Explosives and Dangerous Good* Amendment Act, 1920. and intituled "The Glen Eden Town Be rd By-law No. 12." The object of such By-law is to provide for the licensing of premises used for the storage of dangerous goods, prescribing the conditions under Inhich such licenses may be issued or revoked and the fees payable in respect thereof.
