PLEA IN COURT ACTION.

HAMILTON, Friday. An order for the restitution of conjugal rights was granted by Mr. Justice S>mith in the Hamilton Supreme Court to-day to Alys Thora Jessie McDonald against Lionel Edward Augustus McDonald.

Petitioner said respondent contended that a husband should be free to do what he liked with his time and should not be required to share it with his wife or explain to her what he did with it. Petitioner said her husband left her in December and had declined her invitations to return. '
