ESCAPING GAS.
(3y Telegraph.—Press Association.>. CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday. In the case at the Magistrate's Court in which Albert Johannsen claimed £29 damages from the Christchurch Gas Company, alleging that an escape of gas which caused himself, his wife and family to be affected by poisoning, was due to negligence by servants of the company, decision was reserved.
