CANADIAN DECREE. Sequel to Death of Man From Anthrax. | CONFISCATION ORDERED tJnfced Press .Association.—Copyright. (Received 12.30 p.m.) OTTAWA, January 23. The Government has ordered the confiscation throughout Canada of all Japanese shaving brushes. This action is the result of the death from anthrax of a man living in Dakota United States. The brush used has been traced to a shipment from Tokyo to New York part of which was sent to Canada and distributed widely. Invoking the health regulations, the Government has made the sale of these brushes a criminal offence.
