SCOW DELAYED.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) OPOTIKI, Monday. The Northern Company's auxiliary scow Waiotahi, which damaged her rudder when she grounded on a sandbar at the entrance to Opotiki, last week again attempted to leave port thia morning, but was forced to return to port, as there was insufficient water on the bar.
