NOCTURNAL NOISE

I Through this column may I call the attention of certain dog-lovers of Herne Bay district, near the end of Jervois Road, to the nuisance caused by their pets at night? jN ightly one's sleep is broken into fragments by the yelping and barking of dogs which run from about Westmere Road to the end of ♦Tervois Road and rush at pedestrians and cart. Surely their owners mijcht have enough coneideration for the neighbours, sonic of whom j are ill, to tie up these animals at night, and | s0 &i ve the weary and the sick a chance to I get a much-neede<i rest. SOMNUS.
