USE OF ESPERANTO IN FRANCE.
An official French circular has been issued, introducing esperanto into practical use in radio, customs and tariffs, the police force, the Army, aviation, the high schools, gymnasiums and colleges, and in all technical schools in France, and urges the voluntary use of esperanto by all citizens, according to "Heroldo," the official esperanto journal.
