NEW OFFICERS.
SUMMER SCHOOL SOCIETY. MR. D. M. RAE PRESIDENT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) HASTINGS, Wednesday. The New Zealand teachers' summer school, attended by teachers, from all parts of the Dominion, concluded today at Napier with the annual general meeting of the Summer School Society, and various social activities. It was agreed that the next school be held in the North Island because of the Centennial Exhibition. The executive wae instructed to inquire into the suitability of Wanganui, Palmers ton North and Master ton.
The following officers were elected: — President, Mr. D. M. Rae, M.A. (Auckland Teachers' Training College); vicepresident*, Mr. F. Milner (Waitaki Boys' High School), Mise Edmed (Dargnville District High School), Mitm Mansfield (Xormal School, Auckland), Mr. E. A. Ewan (Matawai School), Mr. R. Tavlor (Takapau School); executive, Mrs. M. Fricker, Mise F. Ritchie, Mr. R. McLay, Mr. H. Haigb, Mise H. Ros*. Mr. N. Drake, Mr. L. Woo-Uey, Mr. T. Stewart, Miss D. F. Junker; camp secretary, Mr. K. Fricker; treasurer-secretary, Mr. G. R. Aehbridge.
