An over-counter delivery of town letters (registered as well as ordinary), will be made from the postmen's branch, first floor. Chief I'ost Office, betweeu 7 pm. and S p.m. to-day. There will also lie a special clearance of street receivers at 6 p.m., but there will be no night clearance.
