RIFLE SHOOTING.
AUCKXAJTD CITY OI<TTB. Last Saturday a trial shoot for tlie X.R.A. teams watch was to liave been lired at tlie lonfj ranges, those members not selected for the trial snooting an ordinary practice. Conditions proved very boisterous and after the majority had completed the SOU yards range the wings on the lons range targets were removed, and the shoot was continued at GOO yards whore the wind steadied down considerably.
