PRESENTATIONS MADE.
. HABATA FREE KINDERGARTEN. The committee of the Haeata Free Kindergarten, which is held • iii Eden Park pavilion, Kingsland, entertained the children, mothers and friends -this week at a Christmas party.'.The rooms were decorated by the staff looked very gay with balloons, a Christmas tree and coloured-streamers. The president, Mrs. K. H. O'Halloran, welcomed'Vtlie guests. A short programme was given by the children under the direction of Airs. Moore, .the director. The'children then busied themselves witli the good things provided for them ;to eat, while -the committee served afternoon tea to their adult guests. . ; Father Christmas finally distributed toys to all the kind'ergarten children. As Mrs. Moore was leaving the kindergarten* *to be married, Mrs. O'Halloran presented her with a parting gift from the committee. Other committee members presented flowers- to' Mrs. Moore, Miss Fullerton and Miss Winstone. The 7>resident of the Mothers' Club, Mrs. Mclntyre, expressed the .regret of the club at losing Mrs. Moore, arid the secretary, Mrs. McGuire, gave her a parting gift from the mothers.
