BOROUGH COUNCIL FUNDS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) OAMARU, Tuesday. A plea of guilty wa«s entered by Robert Turnbull Hutchinson Rae in the Oamaru Magistrate's Court, before Mr. H. W. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
