BOROUGH COUNCIL FUNDS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) OAMARU, Tuesday. A plea of guilty wa«s entered by Robert Turnbull Hutchinson Rae in the Oamaru Magistrate's Court, before Mr. H. W. Bundle, S.M.. to-day, to a charpe that between May 2. 1936. and September 14, 1938, he received sums totalling £387 on terms requiring him to account for or |M»y the money to the Oamaru Boroujrh Council, and that he fraudulently omitted to do «o, thereby committing theft. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
