LONDON, November 22.

Australian delegates are submitting to the League of Nations Economic Committee, which meets on the fifth of next month, a scheme designed to control economic depressions.

The salient points of It are that ail nations simultaneously maintain or increase social services and even subsidise low wage purchasers for the purpose of maintaining: the volume of internal trade, particularly in durable commodities.
