LONDON, November 28.
Tho British Union of Fascists has issued a statement denying that Sir Oswald Mosley married the Hon. Diana Mitford. It aflirms that the Munich document "does not exist or is a forgery." STUDENTS' CRIME. RUMANIAN PROFESSOR SHOT. (Received 3.30 p.m.) BUCHAREST, November 28. Professor Stefane Scugoanga, rector of Cluj University, was shot and seriously wounded by two students, alleged members of the Iron Guard. A policeman was also killed.
