VI-MAX CHRISTMAS PUDDING., MISS LARCOMBE'S RECIPE. ;?oz VI-MAX 1 teaspoon spice Sox flour 1 desspn. treacle 2oz breadcrumbs almonds eoz suet loz peel 4oz currants 1 teaspoon salt 4oz sultanas 1 level teaspn. soda 4oz seeded raisins 4 tablcspne. milk 4oz brown sugar 2 egge i teaspoon nutmeg Method: Prepare fruit and mix with all dry ingredients. Mix with beaten eggs in which the treacle has been dissolved. Add soda dissolved in milk and put into a greased basin. Lover and steam at least 4 hours.
