MOTHERS' CLUB.

The Mothers' Club held its usual weekly meeting in the Y.W.C.A.. when the president. MiV. Manson. presided and led the devotions. Arrangements were finalised for a lawn fair and picnic, both to lie held this month. The speaker for the afternoon was Sister Ivy .Tones, of the Airedale Street Mission, who spoke to the cluH members on her work among the Maori girls and gave an interesting account of the Maori flirls' Club in Auckland, which is the only one in NewZealand. and which has just celebrated its tenth birthday. Sister Ivy was accorded a hearty vote of thanks for her interesting address. Afternoon tea was served by the hostesses, Mesdames Gaughan. Dcery and McClure.
