An allegation that he picked up n roll of note* worth .€l73'from the floor of the waterside workers' hall at New Plymouth was made again-t William Henry Moselev, aged 30. married, n waterside worker, when he wi.s charged with theft in the Police Court to-dav. The evidence not being completed tonight. Moselev was admitted to bail in his own recognisance of £100 to appear again on Friday.
