INJURED MAN CLAIMS £1370. Ari.-ing out of an accident in Queen Street on tlie night of April 30, 1937, Fred F. SI ye. a labourer, of Auckland, brought ;i claim for £1370 damages again*' Drive Yourself, Ltd., garage proprietors, of Auckland, before Mr. Justice Callan and a jury of 12 in the Supreme Court to-day. Mr. Gould appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr. I. J. I (to'dstiii» represented the defendant 'company. Evidcncu U being heard.
