AWARDS FOR CHILDREN. (Received 10 a m.) RUGBY. October 2(i. As part of a new road safety scheme for children "road licenses'' are being awarded to children at Wembley. Mr. K. L. Burgin. Minister of Transport. in presenting the first of the award*, commended the idea of teaching children how to be good timers of road*.
