HIGHER WHARFAGE DUES.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) IXVKRC'ARGILL, Wednesday. The Bluff Harbour Board decided this •evening to increase wharfage dues by 10 per cent from November 1. The increase is to meet the excess of estimated expenditure over estimated revenue, the excess being £3740. There will be no increase in shipping charges, the higher levy affecting only cargo handled at the port.
