GOVERNMENT CAUCUS.
CALLED FOR NOVEMBER 3. MORE HELP FOR MINISTERS ? (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. A caucus of Government members has been called for Thursday, November 3. This will be an important gathering, and is likely to last several days. It is expected that legislature plans for the future will be fully discussed, and attention paid to the question of providing more administrative help for Ministers, probably by the appointment of several Parliamentary Under-Seore-taries.
