TRAFALGAR DAY.
Naval officers gave addresses in .city schools yesterday on the occasion of Trafalgar Day. Permission to give the speeches had" been granted by Commodore H. E. Horan, Chief of Naval Staff for New Zealand, and Commodore I. G. Glennie. Lieutenant J. F. Thompson spoke at King's College, Lieutenant A. J. Dent at the Auckland Girls' Grammar School, and Commander F. B. Floyd at the Takapuna Grammar School. The subject of the addresses was "Nelson and tie Battle of Trafalgar."
