REPERTORY CIRCLE.

The usual fortnightly meeting of the Catholic Repertory Reading Circle was held in the Catholic Women's League rooms, when three one-act plays were presented to a large audience. 'Hie conveners for the evening were Misses Kathleen Kennedy and Gabby Heighton, and the plays presented were "The Man in Carpet Slippers," by A. A. Milne, with Miss Joyce Burnet, Messrs. James Staunton. Ken Wright and Pat Scholium; "The Betrayal." by Padraic Colum, with Miss K. Kennedy, Messrs. John Reid, C. Zambucka and R. Ockleford; and "The Banns of Marriage," by Charles Lee, with Misses G. Heighton and Dver. Messrs. G. Edmonds and Noel Courtney. Supper and dancing concluded a most enjoyable evening.
