DR. McMTT.T.AIT EXPLAIHS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Tuesday. Speaking in the Dunedin Town Hall to-night to about 2500 electors, Dr. D. Ci. McMillan, Labour candidate for Hunedin West, confined his address to th* social security scheme and dealt with objections to it by the Opposition and _ the New Zealand branch of the British * Medical Association. The •pHker'i remarks were frequently and a unanimous vote of thanks and confidence waa carried.
