BERT PALMER CUP.

WON BT WAITEMATA. PRESENTATION ON SATURDAY. Presented eix years ago in memory of the Auckland, Xorth Island and All Black forward B. H. P. Caujthey, by Mr .1. Marsden Caughcy, .vice-president of the Rugby Union, the Bert Palmer Memorial Cup was presented to the Waitemata Club's senior boys' team at half-time in the Auckland-Barbarian Club game on Saturday. Making the presentation, Mr. H. Froet, president of the union, explained that the cup was presented annually to the team in the junior boye' grades which showed the greatest sportsmanship, obedience and neatness of turn-out during the eeaeon. The Waitemata team scored 316 points from a possible of 360.
