Three donations to various organisations were made last night by the Devonport Borough Council. The sum of £3 3/ was voted to the North Shore Ambulance Division, and £2 2/ to the Auckland Centre of the St. John Ambulance Association. In addition, £3 3/ was voted to the New Zealand Territorial Association for the benefit of territorial trainees on the North Shore.
