The Court, in giving judgment, wtatefl that it was very glad thiit. it. hud heard Sir Cnrrick Robertson's description of the operation and it wn* convinced that plaintiff was an hysterical mw, Apart, however, from Sir CnrrickN evidonce, tho Court accepted tho evidence of t)i» medical witnemes for the defendant, and gave judgment in accordance with their evidence as tn what the plaintiff wim entitled t<> receive.
