LABOUR ACHIEVEMENTS. (From Our Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, Saturday. The broadcasting facilities for the general election campaign were announced to-day by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage. Provision has been made for 10 broadcast addresses— 10 from the Government, six from the National party, and three from Independents—together with a short final message from the Government and Opposition leaders.
