ROAD BOARD PROPOSAL,
FORMATION AT WAIHEKE. Li order to obtain the approval of the residents for the proposed Surfdale. Oneroa and Blackpool Road Board, it was decided to circulato petitions throughout each of the three districts concerned at a meeting held in the Surfdale Hall, Waiheke, on Saturday night. A two-thirds majority in favour of the proposal is necessary for. the formation of the board.
