Hungary has protested against the partial Czeehoslovakian mobilisation near her border as unwarranted.

POLISH REACTION.

SAME RIGHTS AS SUDETENS. (Received 1.30 p.m.) WARSAW, September 16. The first authoritative Polish reaction is that Poles residing in Czechoslovakia must be granted the same rights as Sudetens. Semi-official papers demand restoration to Poland of lands beyond Olza.
