Pursuant to an Order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, on Wednesday, the thirty lirst day of August, 1938, notice is hereby given that all Creditors and other persons"having Claims against the Estate of the abovenamed ERNEST HEXRI ADOLPHE FRAXCOIS GERARD, deceased, who died on or about the 27th day of Marfcli. 1938, are hereby required to send in their Claims together with written particulars thereof, to his Executor. THE GUARDIAN TRUST AND EXECUTORS COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND, LIMITED, in Sliortland Street, in the City of Auckland, on or before the 16th day of January, 1939; and notice is hereby further given by tho Executor that after the 16th day of January, 1939, it is proposed to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the parties entitled hereto, having regard to the Claims of which the Executor has then notice, and in such event pursuant to Section 74 (1) of The Trustee Act, 1908, the Executor having given the notices directed by the aforesaid Order will not be liable for the Assets so distributed to any person of whose claim the Executor lias not had notice at the time of the distribution of the said Assets.
