PALMERSTON NORTH, this day. aP" 5 I £ ader of the Opposition, the Hon. Adam Hamilton, was the jruest at a social to-night organised by the Palmerston North branch of the National party In a short address he urged the electors to keep a careful watch on the political situation, declaring that labours social service programme was going to break the financial system of the country. He appealed fof a fi«ht for the preservation of British traditions and the preservation of the Dominion's heritage.
