WEATHER FORECAST.
FOR CITY AMD PROVINCE. The Government Meteorologist iMued to the "Auckland Star" this afternoon the following special weather forecast for the Auckland province to as far south aa Hamilton, Tauranga and Kawhia:— Light to moderate and variable winds. Weather fine, but with some morning fogs. Temperatures cool, with some frosts probable. Seas slight to moderate. Pressure is very uniform and rather high over the Tasman Sea and . New Zealand area, but a shallow depression is advancing across the south Tasman Sea. HAURAKI GULF CONDITIONS. The following report of weather conditions in the Hauraki Gulf was received from Tiritiri Island at noon to-day:— Wind, south, light; sea, smooth; weather, fine, but cloudy; visibility, fair; barometer, rising. = I
