i. «* «f ehareboMenr ,ef - Todd Motors Corporation, Lunrted held at Wellington on Friday, th e directors reported that the total number of ordinary shares allotted to August 12 was SMfToOO, of which two were issued for cash and 499,908 issued as • I P«a-ap to the vendors of the shares in Todd Motors, Limited, and Todd Motor Industries, Limited, in terms of preliminary agreement for sale and purchase dated May 11, 1938, adopting agreement dated May Iβ, and supplemental agreement dated July I, 1938. The total number of preference shares allotted was 154,475, all of which were issued for cash. The tofal amount of cash already received by the company in respect of the above shares wae £153,089 15/. Payments to vendors in pursuance of the agreement amounted to £192,532 2/2. Tfce preliminary expenses were, by terms Cβ the brokerage agreement, to- be paid by Todd Motors, Limited. The directors of the company are Messrs. Charles Todd, E. P. YaMwin, J. M. A. Hott, C. P. Todd D. H. Todd, B. J. Todd and A. Todd. The meeting, whiefc was presided over by Mr. Charles Toed, unanimously adopted the report, and approved and confirmed the agreements. . . :
