COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE. (From Onr Correspondent.) TE KUITI, Saturday. Charges of breaking and entering and theft were preferred against William James Newman, of Northcott'e Block, Aria, before Messrs. C R. Kerr and W. J. Hoffman, J.P.'s. The accused pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking and entering and was committed for sentence to the Supreme Court at Auckland. A sentence of three months' imprisonment was imposed upon the accused for the theft of a eupper cloth, valued at 10/, the property of Percy Stanley Rowe, which was etolen from a car at Aria,
