(Received ft.rjrt a.m.) ROME, September 2. Cabinet lias decreed further antiJewish legislation. Jews will not be permitted to teach in universities, schools or privately, and Jewish children will no longer be admitted to State schools, but university students who have almost completed their studies will be allowed to finish them. -An official Cabinet report states that a decision will be taken at its next meeting in regard to the entire position of .lews in Italy from the Fascist viewpoint. It has also been decreed that courses ill Arabic will start in the high schools to meet the exigencies of the Empire. The decree against Jewish scholars applies both to foreign and domestic, and will be effective on the reopening after the summer holidays. It affects 20,000 in secondary schools and universities.
