BARTLETT REPLACES FAGG. LONDON", September 2. The Marylebone Cricket Club announces that A. Fagg (Kent) lias declined the invitation to go to South Africa with the M.C.C. team, and H. T. Bartlett (Sussex) will replace him.
UNITED FRIENDLY SOCIETY.
AFFILIATION WITH A.C.A. There was a large attendance at the fifth annual meeting of the Auckland United Friendly Society Cricket Association held at the 1.0.0. F. Hall. Pitt Street. Bro. \V. G. Caddy, chairman of tlie control board, presided. It was decided to affiliate with tlie Auckland Cricket Association. The winners of the Cox Banne-r were Devonport U.A.0.D.. while Rawliiti 1.0.0. F. were successful in gaining the Sibun Cup for sportsmanship. During the year a representative match was piayed at Te Kuiti for the Davidson Challenge Cup. Auckland bring successful in regaining same. Officers elected : —Patron, Sir E. Davis : president. Mr. John McLeod (district secretary Manchester Unity) ; Control board. Messrs. T. E. Skinner (1.0.0.
