ARBITRATION COURT.
MEMBER'S RESIGNATION. BALLOT FOR SUCCESSOR. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON* Thursday. The vacancy caused on the Second Court of Arbitration by the resignation of Mr. A. W. Croskery. tlie workers' representative, was discussed at to-day's meeting of the national counvil of the New Zealand Federation of Labour at Wellington, over which Mr. A. McLagan presided. It was decided to call for nominations from trades councils, and a full list is to be forwarded back to the councils for ballot purposes. The name of the successful candidate is to be forwarded to the Minister of Labour, the Hon. H. T. Armstrong, with the backing of the federation.
