"RAT WEEK."
AUCKLAND CAMPAIGN. BUSINESS MEN'S SUPPORT. The Auckland Chamber of Commerce decided at a meeting yesterday to support the Auckland City Council in a "rat week" campaign, which it is proposed should be launched during the last week of April next, the time being selected for the reason that at that stage of the year rats are on the more and seeking winter quarters. It Is proposed to hold the campaign over a wide area, and a special appeal was made to Auckland business men to assist.
