The world to-day is living tinder fear and suspicion of one nation against another, and true ideals have been lo*t. These dictators and so-called leaders of humanity have lost all «sen/5e and ivi«e reasoning, and true (Christianity takes the last place/of-considera-tion. Why do not these leader* of religion throughout the world unite »nd set an example to the world by condemning war and not upholding it, as many do?) Surely the world has learnt that all ware ; are war* of dishonour. Nations are expending millions upon armaments, in fear of each pother, while humanity is deprived of the ftood thing* of life. The folly of all thie conjnption will eventually be paid for, whichever w*f. the tide flows. Should war be avoided, wjhien we all sincerely hope it will, progress 'being e©tapid, these weapone of war within a few months or eo will be unmodern, only to take' their place upon the scrap heap of the natiorte , stupidity and hypocrisy. Wealth which could*, have helped humanity is .thus destroyed. These same men mav eventually receive honourand dktinction in the place of will never buy- the peace of the true ideals and true Christianity are adopted % all leaders of nations throughout the World We shall have more peace of mind. All nations reauire leaders of courage, truth and understanding, to cast aside all ftar and suspicion, a£d be men, for they eutely have a man's parit to play. I '"': ALBERT BADHAM.
