JAPANESE DIPLOMATS.
MEETING IN HEAR EAST.

Considerable interest is being attached to a conference of Japanese diplomatic representatives in Russia, the Balkans, Egypt, Iraq, Persia. Afghanistan and the Arab States, which is to be held in Istanbul (Constantinople) at the weekend, says the Istanbul correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph." It is reported that Japan intends to intensify her anti-Communist activities in the Xear East, where in any event »he is trying to strengthen her political «nd economic influence.
