Considerable interest is being attached to a conference of Japanese diplomatic representatives in Russia, the Balkans, Egypt, Iraq, Persia. Afghanistan and the Arab States, which is to be held in Istanbul (Constantinople) at the weekend, says the Istanbul correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph."
