Rangoon Disorders. STILL UNREST IN PROVINCES. (Received 11 a.m.) RANGOON, August 1. Monsoonal rain has helped to check the rioting. Shops have reopened and public transport has been partially restored, but disquieting conditions are reported from the provinces.
