Professors Report on Italian" Racial Composition. JEWS ARE DISTURBED. (Received 1.30 p.m.) • LONDON, July 14. The "Daily Telegraph" Rome correspondent says that for the guidance of the Minister of Popular Culture, a group of University professors reported that the racial composition of Italians was purely aryan with,no African admixture. The Jews do not belong to the Italian race. ' This has caused amorg the Jews who recently failed to secure promotion in the Army and Navy, being advised to retire.
