THAMES GIRLS CLUB.

VARIED PROGRAMME.

The monthly reunion of the Thames Girls' Club (inc.) was held in the Druids' clubrooms, Newton. The president, Mrs. H. Stubbing, assisted by Mrs. Bowyer and Mies M. MacLeod, vice-presidents-, and Miss G. Hutchinson, vice-patroness, received the guests. The hostesses for the evenine were Meedames Thorbnrn, Nicholls and Wheeler. A very enjoyable programme wae rendered •by Miss Clarice Laury and Mr. Aspcy ("Overture"), Miss Joan Plante (songs), Mr. Henderson (magician), Mr. Lonergan (songs and recitations), Mrs. E. Andrews (songs), Mr. Norman Tate (fun doctor), Miss Coleen Tonge (Scottish and Irish dances), Mr. J. Smithson (songe with harp accompaniment). The accompanists were Miss Clarice Laury, Miss Agnes Andrews and Mr. Aapey. J
