CRIMINAL SESSION. AN ALLEGED MURDER CASE. The July criminal ;:esi=ion of the Auckland Supreme Court, which opene on Tuesday, should not give the grand jury any cau<*c for concern, ; s the calendar is lighter than usual. Altogether there are 1.3 criminal trials sot down, one from Dargiiville, in which a. woman is charged vviili alleged murder, and two arising out of fatalities connected with motor car accidents.
