FIRE BOARD.
APPOINTMENT MADE.
CITY REPRESENTATIVES
The appointment of Messrs. R. S Judson and R. Armstrong to represent the Auckland City Council on the Auckland Metropolitan Fire Board was mad; at a special meeting of the council this afternoon.
The two former representatives were the Hon. B. Martin, M.L.C., and Mr. J. T. Jennings, who were appointed in May, 1930 As they were not now members of the council they were not eligible for re-election.
