Fred Jones, a carrier, of Huntly, was j charged that, hcyig the driver of a ; motor truck from the use of which mi ; accident had arisen on the RenownHuntly main road, a collision with a • motor car driven by Maurice Green, he : failed to give his name and address ! when required to by Maurice Green. Defendant, who pleaded guilty, was I convicted and lined 10/ and costs, 10/. Douglas Arnold Blackman. of Auck- ' land, was charged, on information laid by Traffic Inspector -L. J. Dawes, of Te Awamutu. that on April 21 last at Huntly, he drove a motor car along the main highway at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour. He was convicted and fined £1 10/ and costs, 10/.
