SNAKE DISCOVERED.

nmm'y-mu beach. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WBANQAREI, this day. Early this week Mr. M. Richards, while walking along the Ninety-Mile Beach, came across a snake which apparently had not been long dead. Blood was trickling from its mouth. The upper half of the snake was dark blue in colour and the lower part a bright yellow. The tail was dotted with blaek spots. Th® snake was about 21ins long.
